Day 5 – Movement & Lymph Flow

Theme: Supporting detox through movement and flow.

The lymphatic system doesn’t move unless you do. Gentle movement — like walking, stretching, or shaking — helps the body eliminate waste, move energy, and feel lighter. This is not exercise — it’s energetic hygiene.

Focus:
• Take a 20–30 minute walk or dance/stretch freely
• Do simple yoga or floor movement with breath
• Add breathwork or deep belly breathing

Mini Practices:
• Light self-massage or dry brushing before your shower
• Breathe into areas of stiffness or tension
• Affirmation: “I am in flow. I move with ease and clarity.”
