(Heart Chakra Activation – Day 2)

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Purpose:
To gently awaken your heart chakra and create a loving, protective energetic boundary around your heart β€” one that keeps your compassion flowing while honoring your emotional space.

✨ Why:
When your heart is open without boundaries, you may absorb too much from others. When it’s too closed, love can’t flow in or out. This practice helps you stay open and safe β€” surrounded by soft light that protects, nourishes, and reminds you: your heart is sacred.

🌬️ How to Practice (7–10 min):

1. Find a quiet place.
Sit or lie down. Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly.
2. Breathe into your heart.
Take 5 deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, gently exhale through your mouth. Feel your chest rising. Let your shoulders drop.
3. Visualize the light.
Imagine a soft green or rose-gold light glowing in your chest. With every inhale, the light expands. With every exhale, it softens β€” like a warm, pulsing glow.
4. Create your heart boundary.
Now visualize this light gently forming a radiant sphere around your chest.
Not a wall β€” a soft, breathable field of love.
Say silently or aloud:
β€œI am love. I am safe. I allow love in, and I honor my space.”
5. Strengthen it with intention.
Imagine this sphere becoming more luminous and resilient, protecting your emotions without closing them. It lets in truth, care, and peace β€” and filters out overwhelm, pressure, or anything that is not yours.
6. Anchor with touch.
Press your hands to your heart and whisper:
β€œThis is my sacred space. I honor it today.”
7. Open your eyes.
Smile gently. Begin your day connected to your heart, supported by its glow.

🌸 You can repeat this visualization anytime during the day if you feel emotionally overwhelmed or drained. Let this gentle boundary be your reminder: loving doesn’t mean overgiving.
