Morning Meditation: βI Am Human, I Am Wholeβ
(Duration: ~5β7 minutes)
Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Feel the air entering your nose⦠and softly leaving your body.
No need to change anything. Just notice. Just be.
Let this moment be enough.
Now, bring your awareness to your body.
Notice the weight of your body resting on the surface beneath you.
Notice your shoulders, your chest, your belly⦠your hands and feet.
This is your home.
This is your sacred, living temple.
Take a deep breath inβ¦
And as you exhale, let yourself soften β into presence, into safety.
Now, say to yourself gently:
βI am human.β
Say it again, with kindness.
βI am human.β
With all my feelings. With all my flaws. With all my beauty.
I am not a machine.
I am not here to be perfect.
I am here to feel, to grow, to live.
Now say:
βI am whole.β
Even when I feel broken.
Even when something is missing.
Even when Iβm in the middle of healing β
I am already whole.
Let this truth land in your body.
Feel your heartbeat.
Feel the breath that keeps you alive.
Nothing is missing.
I am human. I am whole.
Repeat this softly in your mind or out loud, as you breathe:
βI am human. I am whole.β
βI am human. I am whole.β
Let these words be your grounding truth today.
Carry them in your breath, in your spine, in your heart.
When youβre ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Gently open your eyes.
And remember:
You donβt have to be anything more than you are right now.
You are human.
You are whole.
And that is more than enough.
