Duration: 5β10 minutes
β¨ Practice Steps:
1. πͺ Sit comfortably in front of the mirror.
Let your spine be soft, your breath gentle.
2. π Look into your own eyes.
Just stay there. No rush. No need to fix anything. Breathe.
3. π Notice what emotions arise.
Do you feel awkward? Tender? Sad? Loving? Let them come. Let them soften.
4. π«Ά Say to yourself silently (or out loud):
βI am here.β
βYou are safe with me.β
βI see you.β
βI love you.β (Only if it feels true and not forced β otherwise simply stay present.)
5. π¬ Breathe into your heart as you keep eye contact.
Imagine your breath opening the space between you and you.
6. π End with a hand on your heart and whisper:
βThank you. Iβm learning to love you.β
