Let your spine be soft, your breath gentle.
2. πŸ‘ Look into your own eyes.
Just stay there. No rush. No need to fix anything. Breathe.
3. πŸ’š Notice what emotions arise.
Do you feel awkward? Tender? Sad? Loving? Let them come. Let them soften.
4. 🫢 Say to yourself silently (or out loud):

β€œYou are safe with me.”
β€œI see you.”
β€œI love you.” (Only if it feels true and not forced β€” otherwise simply stay present.)
