Morning Meditation: Grief
Good morning, love.
Today we meet one of the most tender visitors of the heart β grief.
Grief is not just about losing someone or something.
It is the quiet ache of unmet dreams.
The heaviness of words unspoken.
The sadness of parts of us we had to leave behind.
It lives in the chest⦠as a weight, as a tightness, as a quiet longing.
But grief is not an enemy.
It is love that had nowhere to go.
It is a part of healing β sacred, powerful, and deeply human.
πΈ This morning, allow yourself to sit with it β without trying to fix, rush, or escape it.
Close your eyes.
Breathe into your heart.
Gently ask yourself:
β Is there something I havenβt allowed myself to grieve?
β What have I been holding onto that needs tears to soften?
β Can I let myself feel without judgment, just for today?
π Let every breath soften the weight.
Let every exhale make room for love to return.
You donβt have to be okay right now.
You just have to be.
And in your being⦠the healing begins.
