🌈 What Are Chakras? 🌈

Chakras are vortexes of energy that spin and flow along the spine, from the base of the body to the crown of the head. These are not physical organs, but energetic centers that carry specific qualities of energy related to different aspects of our lives — from survival and emotions to intuition and spiritual connection.

Each chakra rotates, and this rotation can shift direction — sometimes moving outward to release energy (giving), and sometimes inward to receive energy (filling). The direction and flow depend on what the body, soul, and moment require. This dynamic movement influences how we feel, act, and connect to ourselves and the world.

✨ Chakras are interconnected. They don’t function in isolation.
They work together, forming energetic relationships to complete specific tasks or processes in our system — for example, grounding your emotions or aligning your will with your heart.

In this course, we will explore each chakra in detail:
🔹 what energy it holds,
🔹 how it behaves when open or blocked,
🔹 and how to work with it to bring balance, vitality, and flow into your everyday life.

Your chakras are your inner map — and we’re going to learn how to read and activate them together. 💫
What is a Reiki Transmission?
A reminder for all beautiful souls receiving today’s energy.

Reiki is divine universal energy that flows through me — but I am only a channel. I do not send or control the energy. I simply open the way.

💫 The Reiki energy knows exactly where to go and what to do.
But for you to receive it, you must consciously open yourself to it.

Here is how to prepare:

🎶 Play the chakra music with the matching vibration
🎯 Focus your awareness on today’s chakra
💗 Feel your sensations — observe gently, without judgment
📝 Set your intention (as I’ve shared before):
Start with gratitude, speak in the present tense, and finish with:
“And so it is.”

This transmission is personal.
It will work with you individually — and it will complete itself when the energy feels it is done.

• Gently move your hips — dance, sway, or do circular stretches
• Drink warm water with orange slices or herbal tea
• Journal: What emotions have I been avoiding?

Take a moment to drop into your body.
Whatever you do today — drinking orange-infused water or herbal tea, moving your hips, dancing, walking, resting — bring your full attention to your lower belly.

How does your body feel right now?
Can you sense the warmth, the movement, the aliveness in your pelvic space?

✨ This is the most important practice:
To be fully present in your body.
To feel. To listen. To soften into the now.

Let your body lead.
Let pleasure be your guide.
You’re safe here.
🌙 Evening Practice
• Self-care: take a warm bath or shower with presence
• Light a candle and place hands on your lower belly
• Simply breathe and notice what you feel — without judgment

This evening, let’s return to presence.
Not rushing. Not fixing. Just being.

Every little action — lighting a candle, making tea, washing your face, putting on lotion — can become a sacred practice…
if you’re fully present.

💫 Presence is everything.
It’s not what you do — it’s how you do it.
Are you connected to your breath? To your body? To your senses?

Tonight, slow down.
Feel the texture of the moment.
Let yourself arrive fully into whatever you’re doing.
