Day 7: Integration & Gratitude

☀️ Morning Practice
• 🐻 Bear Breathing Technique

This simple but powerful breathing technique helps you release tension and reconnect with your inner energy. It’s especially grounding and calming — like the steady, wise breath of a bear.

Here’s how to do it:
1. Stand still with your feet firmly on the ground.
Let your arms relax by your sides. Soften your body and close your eyes if you feel comfortable.
2. Inhale deeply through your nose as you slowly count to 7 in your mind.
Let the breath gently fill your belly, your chest, and your whole body — like a calm wave of energy.
3. Exhale sharply through your mouth on a quick count of 1 — releasing everything in one powerful breath.
(Imagine a bear letting out a strong, clearing exhale.)
4. Repeat this breath cycle 10 times.
With each inhale, invite calm and clarity.
With each exhale, release stress, fear, or anything heavy.
5. After 10 breaths, keep your eyes closed and simply stand in stillness.
Feel the energy moving inside you. Notice any warmth, tingling, or spaciousness.
Let yourself be present in your body — strong, peaceful, grounded.
• Affirmation: “I am grateful for my strength, my life, and my energy.”

Tonight we complete our 1st Chakra journey with a Reiki Transmission dedicated to integration and deep gratitude — for all the shifts, releases, and awakenings that have taken place in your body and energy field this week.

You may use the same evening music I shared for Day 4, or choose any calming music that feels right for you.

If you wish, you can light a candle to mark this moment of sacred closure.
