– Where do you feel anxiety?
– Where do you feel peace?
• Practice box breathing (4-count inhale – 4 hold – 4 exhale – 4 hold) to reset your nervous system
🌙 Evening Practice

• Reiki transmission to gently release anxiety and restore a sense of calm
• Visualization: see yourself moving with the flow of life, grounded, safe, and at ease
