Muscle Testing Practice – Trusting the Wisdom of the Body
This is a simple yet powerful way to connect with your body’s inner guidance.
1. Stand upright, with your feet hip-width apart.
Let your arms rest by your sides and allow your body to fully relax.
2. Take a few deep breaths…
Inhale… and exhale…
Let your attention drop into your body.
When you feel centered, close your eyes.
3. Now, say the word “Yes” out loud.
Feel what happens inside your body.
Notice any movement — forward, upward, open.
This is the energy of agreement, expansion, and acceptance.
4. Then, reset for a moment. Breathe. Stay relaxed.
Now say the word “No” out loud, eyes still closed.
Again, feel your body’s response.
You may notice a subtle movement backward, a sense of contraction or resistance.
This is your body signaling disagreement, discomfort, or a boundary.
