• Walk barefoot on natural ground, if possible
• Take a mindful shower, imagining the water clearing away stress and energizing your body
• Practice deep belly breathing, feeling calm, steady, and rooted
Today’s grounding practice:
You can do it anywhere — even indoors!

Take off your shoes and walk barefoot, wherever you are.
It doesn’t have to be a beach or a forest. The floor of your home is enough.

The key is intention:
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
Feel your body supported.
Feel your energy settling.
