1. Find your seat – Sit or lie down in a quiet space. Gently close your eyes. Place both hands over your belly, just above the navel.
2. Breathe with power – Inhale deeply into your belly. Exhale with sound.
Do this for a few minutes until you feel your inner rhythm awaken.
(Optional: add Wolf Breath – short, quick breaths to stoke your inner fire.)
3. Visualize the flame –
Imagine a small golden flame burning steadily in your solar plexus.
With every breath, the flame grows stronger β€” not wild, but focused, clear, and purposeful.
Feel it clearing doubt, melting hesitation, and fueling your willpower.
4. Repeat silently:
β€œI am ready. I am strong. I take action aligned with my truth.”
Say it with conviction. Let the words move from your mind to your belly.
5. End with gratitude –
Place your hands over your heart and bow your head slightly.
