Take this as a sacred moment to sit with yourself, in silence or with music if you wish.
Here is the flow you can follow:
π―οΈ Evening Practice: Fire in the Belly (Self-Guided Meditation)
1. Find your seat β Sit or lie down in a quiet space. Gently close your eyes. Place both hands over your belly, just above the navel.
2. Breathe with power β Inhale deeply into your belly. Exhale with sound.
Do this for a few minutes until you feel your inner rhythm awaken.
(Optional: add Wolf Breath β short, quick breaths to stoke your inner fire.)
3. Visualize the flame β
Imagine a small golden flame burning steadily in your solar plexus.
With every breath, the flame grows stronger β not wild, but focused, clear, and purposeful.
Feel it clearing doubt, melting hesitation, and fueling your willpower.
4. Repeat silently:
βI am ready. I am strong. I take action aligned with my truth.β
Say it with conviction. Let the words move from your mind to your belly.
5. End with gratitude β
Place your hands over your heart and bow your head slightly.
Whisper a thank you β to yourself, to your fire, to the life that moves through you.
Sleep well, my dear one.
Let your dreams carry the ember of your purpose.
