🌀 Daytime Practice
• Do something with your eyes closed (e.g., prepare tea, fold clothes) to rely on inner senses.
• Intuition walk: take a walk and let your body guide the path.
🌙 Evening Practice
• Eye relaxation: Warm palms over eyes, relax for 5 minutes.
• Reflect on insights received today.
