πŸŒ… Morning Meditation: Softening Emotional Blocks
Opening the Flow of Emotions in the Body

Take a moment to settle in.
Place one hand on your heart, and the other on your lower belly.
Breathe gently β€” in through the nose… and out through the mouth.

This morning, we’re not forcing anything.
We are simply softening.
Softening the tension, the armor, the old stories we carry in the body.

With each breath, allow yourself to feel β€” not think, not fix β€” just feel.
Let the breath melt through any emotional blocks, as if warm light is flowing through your body.

You don’t need to know the names of the feelings.
You don’t need to explain or understand.
You only need to allow.

This is the beginning of emotional flow.
This is how we open gently β€” through presence, breath, and tenderness.

Keep breathing, and trust:
Your body knows how to heal.
Your emotions know how to move.
You are safe to feel.
