This week is about creating space — in your body, your mind, and your energy field — so you can begin this journey grounded, clear, and open to transformation.
Before we dive into the chakras, we take a sacred pause.
Because real change doesn’t come from pressure — it comes from presence.
And that begins with letting go of what no longer serves you.
Each day this week offers a gentle invitation to reconnect with yourself — through simple nourishing rituals, cleansing practices, and mindful awareness.
You can’t do this wrong.
There is no perfect way.
Your body already knows. Your energy already knows.
Everything you need is already within you.
Even the smallest shift matters. Even one conscious breath is enough.
So take your time. Be kind with yourself.
Ask gently:
“What am I ready to release?”
“What kind of space am I creating for the life I want to live?”
You’re not starting from scratch.
You’re returning to yourself.
And I promise — you’ve got this.

Week 1 – Cleansing & Preparation
Theme of the Week: Creating space for transformation
Goal: Gently detox your body, mind, and energy field to prepare for deep chakra work. Each day has its own focus.
Day 1 – Gentle Fasting & Simplicity
Theme: Giving the body a break to activate natural cleansing.
The journey begins with space. Fasting — even partial — gives your body a chance to reset and your energy system space to breathe. You don’t need to go extreme. Simply reducing intake, slowing down, and tuning in is already powerful.
Focus:
• Practice intermittent fasting (12–16 hours between dinner and next meal)
• Eat simple, grounding, warm foods (soups, porridges, steamed vegetables)
• Avoid sugar and processed foods
Mini Practices:
• Sit with your body before eating and ask what it really needs
• Reflect: “Where in my life do I need to simplify?”
• Affirmation: “I create space for my energy to flow freely.”
Intermittent Fasting & Phagocytosis
Intermittent fasting is not just about weight loss — it’s a powerful way to activate your body’s natural healing.
One key process it supports is phagocytosis — when special cells in your immune system “eat” damaged cells, toxins, and waste.
This helps your body detox, reduce inflammation, and boost overall health.
Even short fasting windows (like 14–16 hours) give your body time to repair and reset from the inside out.
